• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
    Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases. For general instruments, our MOQ is one (1) instrument. For special or customized items, the MOQ is determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Product Guarantee
    All instruments come with a one-year guarantee against rust, corrosion, pitting, or any other manufacturing defect.

  • Shipping Time

    • For items in stock, shipping time is typically 4–6 working days.

    • For items not in stock, the estimated shipping time is 20–30 days, depending on the order size and the nature of the instruments.

    • For our regular customers, shipping times may be significantly reduced as we maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

  • Delivery Time
    Delivery time is generally within 10 working days, depending on the region of delivery.
    We deliver using trusted international couriers (DHL), with an average delivery time of approximately 6 working days.

  • International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their respective countries.
    SoleFit International is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays in customs clearance within the buyer’s country.
