At SoleFit International, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


1. How to Request a Return

To return a product, please:

  2. Fill out the form with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.

Note: Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Credits or exchanges will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected.

  • SoleFit International is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.


3. Eligibility for Return

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

  • Any claims for incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods must be made within ten (10) working days of receiving your order.

  • Custom or special-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

  • Returned items must be in sellable condition, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.


4. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee applies to all returns not due to product defects or shipping errors:

  • 20% for items returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • 30% for items returned within 16–45 days of delivery.

  • No credit or refund will be issued for items returned after 45 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment only.

  • Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Packaging Guidelines

Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.
SoleFit International is not responsible for additional damage resulting from improper packaging.
